His Hers Music

About Us

His Hers is a husband-and-wife musical duo blending diverse influences into a unique acoustic sound. Ashley, with a background in jazz, and Brian, whose Ugandan roots infuse their music with rich African inspiration, create a dynamic fusion of genres spanning folk, acoustic, alternative, and world music.

Known for their heartfelt performances and intricate harmonies, His Hers seamlessly weaves original compositions with fresh takes on classic and contemporary covers. Their music is a reflection of their journey—melding cultures, stories, and experiences into a soulful and captivating sound.

Having performed in both Canada and Uganda, His Hers brings an international perspective to their artistry. Their live shows are an intimate yet energetic experience, drawing audiences in with raw emotion and rhythmic storytelling. Whether performing stripped-down acoustic sets or showcasing their original work, they aim to connect deeply with listeners through music that transcends borders.

Currently working on new music, His Hers continues to push creative boundaries, crafting songs that celebrate love, identity, and cultural fusion. With a passion for songwriting and performance, they are excited to bring their sound to festival stages and new audiences.
